What Causes Urge To Urinate For 3 Months?

For the last three months I have had a terrible urge to urinate frequently that comes and goes every few days. I have had several urine and blood tests done...all negative for infection and diabetes. I have also had a Pap smear in the last 30 days that has come back normal. I am at my wits end, there are some nights I can not sleep, can you help?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that you have done all the test but here you missed the one test and that is to rule out the possibility of renal stone and in my opinion this is to be done and the best option is plain x-ray of kidney ureter and bladder and next would be ultrasonography, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
