Hello,
Urge to pass bowels after urinating commonly occurs in IBS, UTI, enlargement of the prostrate, infection in the
spinal cord or cauda equina,
stress, side effects of certain medications, etc. You are suggested to check what medications you have been taking. Stay away from addictions if any. Avoid taking large amount of food, take small amount of food multiple times a day, avoid spicy oily food and food rich in
gluten, always take well cooked food.
Do not take raw fruits, veggies or salads. Take boiled food. Take food good for the liver. Take adequate rest. Always take boiled water. You can take digestives (cap or syp Aristozyme) and liver tonics (
liv 52). Keep yourself warm. If obese maintain healthy weight, stay active. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get routine blood tests,
urinalysis and imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
