Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Frequent urge for bowel movements with pain during defecation could be associated with infection in colon or anal canal but it should be further evaluated by medical history and clinical examination.

Without examination it is very difficult to comment exactly.

So,you should see surgeon who will conduct examination of your abdomen with anal canal with some relevant tests.

You may need to undergo some routine blood works,ESR,blood sugar, ultrasound of whole abdomen with colonoscopy to detect the exact underlying cause.

Meanwhile, you can take over the counter pain killers and take bland diet for symptomatic relief.
