Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Pancreatitis or gall bladder problems can give such symptoms. A physical examination by a general surgeon and ultrasound examination is well appreciated for ruling out the cause. Taking over the counter proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) will be helpful to relieve the symptoms temporarily.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
