What Causes Unusually Light Menstruation?

I'm on the pill and finished my last pill on Wednesday, usually I do not have my period until the following Sunday, however I took two months worth without a break. My period came on a day late and is unusual. I have moments of cramp and period pains but the bleeding is not as heavy and the pain is not regular as usual. I am worried I might be pregnant, is this a possibility?

you need not to worry much
As contraceptive pills contains synthetic progesterone ,which can cause disbalance of progesterone and estrogen hormones,so can cause irregular periods.
irregular and scanty periods are consistent with the use of contraceptive pills.
i would advise you to take a urine pregnancy test for HCG that comes positive after 10 to 14 days of conception
