Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is very likely that the symptoms are due to the high dose of Gabapentin you are on. I would be interested in knowing the indication for Gabapentin. If it is for a seizure disorder, you can discuss with your neurologist and reduce the dose and add a second and non sedating medicine. If it is for a peripheral neuropathy or pain due to pain compression, you may not require such a high dose.

Do get back to me if you have further queries.
