What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Shortness Of Breath?
In july 2016 I was hospitalized for six days with pneumonia. I have hand and finger tremors and breathlessness since then. My asthma is controlled. I have been diagnosed with PTSD. Is it possible I am still weak from being so ill so many months ago?

Most probably it is due to unwanted anxiety. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
