What Causes Tremors In The Hands After A Grand Mal Seizure?
My daughter is an angel one minute then turns into some crazy horrible person. Never apologizes for the horrible things she says and acts towards me. She had a grand maul seizure in target a couple of weeks ago which has never happened and her hands always shake and have since she was young

May I know whether tremors started after convulsions? Any treatment for convulsions started or not?
If tremors are there even before it then my advice is to check vitamin B12 level in her blood. Lower levels of it may be the reason for tremors.
Another thing is seizure should be treated as soon as possible, as it will further damage brain neurons.
