What Causes Tremors In Hand And Fast Heart Rate?

hello, I just had an episode where my right hand and arm was having tremors and my heart was racing, sweating all over. I had not ate all day, and have had this happen before, I took in sugar water then ate and just took in alot of sugary things and the tremors and heart rate did slow down. I was diagnosed years ago with hyperthyroidism. but have not had any bad blood test and no medication for years.

HI
AFTER READING YOUR SYMPTOMS I THINK YOU HAD AN EPISODE OF HYPOGLYCEMIA DUE TO FASTING.HYPOGLYCEMIA MEANS DECREASE IN BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS AND IS VERY COMMON DURING FASTING.
SO I WILL ADVISE YOU TO AVOID PROLONGED FASTING.
SECONDLY SINCE YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF HYPERTHYROIDISM IN THE PAST,
I WLL SUGGEST YOU BLOOD TEST SERUM T4 AND TSH TO KNOW PRESENT THYROID STATUS.
HOPE MY OPINION WILL HELP YOU!!
