What Causes Tremors, Confusion And Frequent Urination In An Anxiety Patient?

Hello, I have been suffering from anxiety for a long time . I was trying to go to sleep last night. And got woke up by a huge shake. Then for the next 8 - 12 hours. I had shakiness, confusion, and had to pee a lot. My question is how do I make myself all worked up to do something like that. It s pretty terrible because I have to stay in bed. Until it goes away.
