What Causes Tooth Pain, ear Ache, stiff Neck And Sore Throat?

Tooth pain, ear ache, stiff neck, and sore throat
Hey, I have two broken teeth, both broken down to my gum line and both on the left side(one on top, the other on bottom). About three weeks ago, I was eating twislers and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning with terrible pain and its been consistent since then. Over that time, I've developed pain and stiffness in my neck, pain in my ear and for the last few days I sore and dry throat. My question is: can a broken tooth actually cause that? and if so, how or why?

Referred pain in ears are described as pain in ears referred from sites othe than ears. These sites are teeth, gums, tonsils, pharynx and larynx. This due to the peculliar nerve supply of this region. So any pathology in this area can cause pain referred to these areas.
