What Causes Tiredness And Fever?

HI I am deb in Bangalore, India and my son is 3.4 yrs old, for last 2 days he was looking tired and was sleeping more than usual. Today night he got fever of 102 F. I had given him combiflame (5 ml). What I am supposed to do and what is the root cause?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having some viral infection giving rise malaise, tiredness etc.
Continue with combiflam as and when required.
If problem persisted then consult your doctor and get examined to rule out any infection.
Give light diet and plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
