What Causes Tiredness And Fatigue After Using Vitamin Supplements?

I am taking thrive-level vitamin for women and after a week of feeling great,now feeling incredibly fatigues and no energy. I am not at all used to stopping and this is a very extreme feeling of fatigue and tiredness. What do you think? Been on the patches, vitamins and shake daily.

Acute onset of fatigue and lack of energy can be due to different possible causes such as : (a)acute infection
(b) anemia- a low blood count
(c)side effect of medication
(d)mood related or due to mood disorders
(e)inadequate sleep

If it continues then you would need to see your doctor for assessment which would include physical examination , complete blood count and ESR (checks for inflammation in the body)
