I noticed 1 or 2 tiny red bumps right on the lip and just inside of the urethra of my penis. They do not bother me at all except for a little burn occasionally after sex. There is really no other symptoms present with them, and they are nowhere else on my pelvic region.
I am 22 years old, roughly 6'1" and I weigh 188 pounds. The only real medical concerns I've ever had are acid reflux and mild allergies.
