What Causes Tiny Itchy Lumps On Penis And Testicles?

I had tiny bumps on my testicals and penis. Although i live with friends and they had this same problem. But within two days due to lots of uncontrollable itching my thin skin of penis head and testicals has swollen. I have been using permethrin lotion and zocon 150mg for the same. There is no improvement. I have this problem since 7 days. What should i do?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of fungal infection is very likely and it can be managed with "Miconazole cream" if symptom persist then you have to go for clinical examination because it is the only way to diagnose the skin disease, it could be viral infection too, hope this information helps.
