What Causes Tiny Bumps Between The Anus And Vagina?

Hi for 2 months I have had a patch of tiny bumps between my anus and vagina. I have had a pelvic exam and std test. All results are normal. The bumps tend to become irritated and burn. There is no puss and they are not big enough to pop. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you

Hi dear thanks for writing to health care magic
It could be bacterial infection of the hair follicles or improper hygiene..so please follow the advise
1) wash the affected region regularly with antiseptic solution regularly
2) use cotton undergarments and make sure it's a dry one
3) use calamine lotion
4) use corticosporin ointment on affected area
5) do not scratch if it's itching use ice
hope this will solve your problems
thanks and regards
