Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tinnitus can be due to many causes like acute pharygitis or eustachian tube block or labyrinthitis or vestibular neurinitis caused by hepatitis virus etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin. If symptoms has not improved, please consult your ENT specialist. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
