Hello,

Since you are feeling bloated, avoid taking oily, spicy and hot food. Take homemade food and have more of boiled food for the next few days. You can take Pantoprazole (PPI), one stat in the morning or antacids, twice daily for 5-7 days will help you get rid of bloating. Keep yourself well hydrated to avoid symptoms of dehydration and for a better bowel movement. Avoid constipation. If needed take laxatives.

Tingling sensation that you are experiencing may be indicative of developing neuropathy, dehydration, infection, bladder stones, etc. If diabetic, control your blood sugar level at all cost. Get repeat urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. If infection is detected, you will be treated with antibiotics.

Get imaging tests and required blood tests done to detect bladder stones or any other pathology causing you symptoms. Get examined by a neurologist. Get nerve function tests done. Presently, take fluids and water, maintain your electrolyte level, do not be dehydrated. take NervUp OD, once daily for 10 days. It should reduce tingling.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
