What Causes Tingling Sensation On Face And Rapid Heart Rate?

I was sick for a couple days and i finally thought i was feeling relief, that i was getting over my sickness, so i bought this tanning membership that ive been dying to get. I am an experienced tanner, and i dont understand how i could tan at a certain time in that day and 3 hours later i feel really weird feelings. I felt an extreme heat sensation IN my head. Yes, my face was hot and it also felt very tingly, but my head felt very hot INSIDE. Also i felt nauseous and VERY tense and SCARED. I experienced very rapid heart beating and i was terrified. I had absolutley no idea what was happening to me. So i drank a cold drink and tried to sleep. The next morning i wake up and i was completley fine. Now i really dont know what happend to me, but i am really concerned and i need to know if its safe for me to tan again now that i am over my sickness (which was only a mier cold). Please help me!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You should not worry much about that episode, that is over. You must have been tired after that brief illness, and you ventured into an activity which is equally stressful for mind and body. Such a stress could have given your body a reason to momentarily "shut down and restart". That happens always when our mind and body is overly stressed.

You may consult a physician for further clarification. There should be nothing to worry.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
