What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Urethra?

Im a 20 year old male around 155 pounds and in good shape, my body fat is around 9-10 percent and I eat a healthy diet high in carbs, proteins and dairy. Ive been experiencing a tingling sensation like i need to urinate when i bend down or right after i actually use the bathroom. Its only been extremely bad for 2 days in a row but it is still noticable. Nothing hurts, no blood in urine and I dont have an std or uti because I got checked 2 days ago. It just feels like pressure or something is in my urethra possibly.
