What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Lower Jaw And Chin?
Hello! I have been having a tingling or numbness sensation in my lower jaw and under my chin. I just had a CBC and results were good, including thyroid. I m really concerned about what this could be? I do not see any swelling in my neck or throat area either. Saw the dentist and he did not see any signs of TMJ. Not sure what direction to go or what this could be?

Such tingling sensation can be due to pressure on nerve fibers supplying the area. The pressure can be at local level due to swelling in the area/at cervical spine.
Physical examintion &x ray spine eould find exact site.
Treatment would be cause specific.anti inflmmatory pills/physiotherapy.
Consult your fsmily physician /orthopedic surgeon .if needful for specific treatment.
