General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Once head MRI is recommended and neurological examination (if you have sensory or motor or any aura comes also let me know), there are few treatment available. CBT therapy, relaxation techniques especially meditation, symptomatically tab Ibuprofen (Advil) can give you relief for short term effects. Avoid caffeine, smoking and alcohol, chocolates. Take more fruits, juices, steamed vegetables and amla, aloe vera, basil, turmeric etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
