Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

In the presence of an intestinal polyp, the possibility of Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) deficiency is higher than as the side effects of BP medicines.

Presence of intestinal polpy is apparently causing obstruction and consequent impaired absorption of nutrients, particularly Vitamin B12.

1500mcg of Methylcobalamin, taken daily should relieve you of tingling sensations in the feet. It should preferably taken in injectable form, along with a probiotic, such as, Lactobacilli.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.

Take care
