Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a metabolic disorder. I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- Blood electrolytes
- PCR and ESR for inflammation
- Kidney and liver function tests
- Vitamin B12 and vitamin D plasma levels

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
