What Causes Tingling Feeling In Tongue And Metallic Taste After A Hit On Head?
Hi! I was playing rugby today and I went into a ruck and someones knee hit my head. I had a tingling feeling in my tongue and I had a metallic taste for about 30 seconds after hitting my head. My mother was worried that I might have a light concussion. She is a Hematologist. I m not sure if I am remembering the right events after the hit, I think I remember being a bit disorientated for about a minute. I also wasn t standing in the right place and I seemed to be making funny decisions.

If this was the head injury then this is the rule that it need to be investigated for internal injures if any if you have a symptoms resembling neurological pathologies then CT head is must, this would clear the doubt, take care.
