What Causes Tightness In Knee And Calves?

I am a 46 year old male. Until about two months ago I was very active. However i'm been experiencing high levels of stress and poor sleep. I began to notice tightness behind my knees and calves. Fasciculations followe acuple of weeks later. They are now widespread. I experience weekness standing, walking. I also have weakness in my arm. I am exercise intolerant in muscle groups of the limbs. I have seen a neurologist. All bloodwork has been. Completed to rule out deficiencies and detectable diseases. MRI & upper cervical were normal. Blood flow doppler was normal. Partial EMG was done two to three weeks after onset of symptoms and was normal. The neurologist says it is BFS or fibromyalgia. I have slight loss of soft tissue on my right foot and calf. Thanks for your thoughts.
