Hi, i am experiencing frequent chest tightness, sometime a sharp pain on my left chest, and even if am not doing any strenous activity. And noticed even lying in bed at night or just sitting i feel pressure on my chest and my back. I don t know if it s my heart or my lungs has a problem. And for the 2nd time i noticed i can t do a 10 mins run. I started to wheez so bad. Should I seek a medical help asap? Thanks.
