What Causes Tightening Sensation In The Throat And Neck?

I bleach my hair in a salon. Every time I bleach it I feel a tightening sensation in my throat/neck area. It persists as long as I have product on my scalp. After rinsing the tightening goes away but I have pain/tenderness under my ear and down my neck on the my right side and the lymph node is larder on that side as well. What on earth is going on?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history .
The occurrence of tingling sensation in the throat and neck area which reduces on washing away the bleach of hair but the pain persists under the ear, down the neck, with hardening of the lymph node on one side.
This indicates that you have developed an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the dye which easily transmigrate the skin into the muscles, tissues and ultimately into the lymph node.
I would suggest you to never use this dye as it can cause far more deadly reactions in future.
Consult a Doctor and get symptomatic treatment as per the clinical findings.
