What Causes Tightening Of Foreskin?

My young sons foreskin tightens and we think it's an allergic reaction. They gave us steroid cream to use and that works for awhile but once you stop using it does it again. Is there anyway of knowing why this is happening. We suspect banana's and maybe oates. Thanks.

Hi,
It seems that your might be having phimosis and due to deposition of smegma under the foreskin there might be having sticking of foreskin giving rise tightening feeling.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile clean the smegma by averting fore skin while taking shower.
Ok and take care.
