Hi,

To know the status of pregnancy, you can do urine pregnancy test or you can also do a blood test serum Beta HCG which is more conclusive. Sometimes these symptoms will be there during premenstrual period also. If the test negative, it is better to wait for your regular periods to start. After it starts, all the symptoms will vanish.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
