What Causes Tickling Sensation Inside The Penis?

My penis doesnt burn or itch but it feels like a tickle inside the middle of my shaft. Should I be worried? What is it? I dont have any trouble peeing and no odd discharge has occured. The tickling kimda comes and goes too. Its been going on for about three days with no change

Hi,

You should get urinalysis done as well as ultrasound KUB and prostate. Prostatic volume should be confirmed to be normal. If any signs of obstructive pathology inside penis is found like signs of any impeding stone or caclulus, prostatic enlargement or urethral stricture, it may need to be reviewed by a urologist. Also, pre and post void urinary volumes may be done to look for any signs of urine remaining inside bladder. Meanwhile keep good hydration.
