What Causes Throat Infection With Stomach Pain And Diarrhea After Having Unprotected Sex?
Hi. 3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and oral sex with a female, now My throat and tongue has a nasty looking white infection, it doesn't hurt to pee but the tip of my penis drips urine and it's uncomfortable. I get the odd stomach ache that feels sharp pain. I also have green diarrhea and a few tiny white pimple-like marks on my lip. I've come to the terms that I have caught an STD, what are the possible diseases I could have.

Sore throat and diarrhea following oral sex was not necessarily due to STD cause and might be due to other bacterial and Viral contaminants. Pimple over lip has a possibility of Herpes Simplex infection.
As you had vaginal unprotected sex, the risk of STD/HIV can not be ruled out. So it is better to have screen tests for common STD and HIV.
Safe sex in future will avoid unnecessary mental tension.
