Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Do a glicemia level to confirm the cause of thirstiness, it can be related to diabetes
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
-Exercise more.
-Take Senna, a herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
-Use over-the-counter or prescription laxative

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help.

Regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
