What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Cramps?
I am 17. I had unprotected sex a week before my period and the day I was off of my period. Both times he came inside me. It's about ten days after and I felt wet down below and found that I had an usual thick white milky discharge no smell or anything. Also I have gas and a little tummy ache. Could I be pregnant?

I think that you may be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease along with vaginal infection in the vagina. I will suggest you to have a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 10 days and apply Clotrimazole suppositories for this days and use antispasmodic Drotaverine for 5 days.
