Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain peeling of the skin and soreness under the tongue seems to be due a number of causes like dry mouth [ side effect of anti-depressant], deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, acid reflux, allergic reaction, eating excess of sour foods, etc..
I would suggest you to gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take vitamin supplements, avoid sour and spicy foods, take a soft diet, chew sugarfee chewing gum to stimulate saliva flow, do warm saline gargles, gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia, drink plenty of water, suck ice pops and avoid smoking completely..
You can also take tylenol if there is pain..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
