What Causes The Pain In The Food Pipe While Drinking Something Hot?

I ve been having this sharp pain every time I eat or drink. It especially hurts when I drink something hot. It s a dull pain if I m not eating or drink. It kind of feels like something is stuck all the way down in the center below my breasts. It hurts so bad! What could it be?

Normally any too hot food can cause burning in food pipe. However if you feel pain even with the normal warm food which any person can take easily, you might have some problem in your esophagus(food pipe).
There may be ulcer/inflammation or constriction.
So please go to doctor. You may be helped by anti acidity drugs. But you may needed sonography, barium swallow or upper Gi scopy if required to reach to the final diagnosis.
