Hi,

The seminal vesicle infection that is seminal vesiculitis had to be ruled out by ultrasonography of testes, transrectal USG and semen culture.

If the culture shows an organism than the need to be treated with an antibiotic course.

If all report normal than you can neglect one episode of hematospermia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
