What Causes Testicle Pain On Urination?

i am nitish
i got circumcision on2nd oct.2010 at jodhpur and b4 that i was treated very badly in delhi at burlington clinic on 27th of september. the doctor gave some injection on my testis , now d problem is that i am having pain on my left testical from last 4 days wen i pass urine , so plz advise me wat 2 do

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
There are no injections that are given in testis.
Hence this is unfounded. The causes of pain in testis are:
Epididymitis.
Epididymo- orchitis.
Varicocele
Pyocele and so on.
Circumcision is done to avoid such complications.
I would advise you the following:
Ultrasonography with color Doppler exam to know what is going on .
Clinical evaluation and further investigations Of urine and blood.
Proper antibiotic coverage and anti- inflammatory medicines will help to cure the problem.
Consult an Urologist.
