General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello, your description indicates an episode of epilepsy (fits). It is NOT too worrisome as there are very effective antiepileptic drugs available in the market.

Do not go for jobs like driving ( especially in the night), sky or ocean related work ( dangerous if you get a fit while on this kind of job).

What happened to you could also be a one time thing because of reduced blood sugar level in your body- dont starve and eat glucose if it happens again.
Or could be because of high consumption of alcohol, in which case you control the amount you consume.

In any case, It's good to get an EEG done to aid the diagnosis and then select a particular treatment.
