What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I had unprotected sex over a year ago now. There was a noticeable weight loss in me, and there is this yellow looking coating on my tongue every morning. I m unsure if the weight loss had to do with a lack of eating at that time. My lymph nodes also appear to be swollen. If my understanding is correct, you re not supposed to be able to see or feel them very easily? Any help would be appreciated.

lymph node enlargement with wait loss could be from infections or some thing else. you need to evaluate for the exact cause by blood tests and ent surgeon.
