General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

The enlarged lymph nodes may be due to infection or inflammation in the surrounding region. Consult a GP and start a short course of antibiotics.Generally the nodes will settle by antibiotics. If it persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
