Doug Here ! Friday was hot and humid I mowed the lawn , then Saturday I felt fine!red Sunday I could hardly get out of bed and was tired all day like a zombie all day and when I would get up and walk around I would get these swishing sounds in my ears and now today I m still tired was it the heat did I over do it what the hell ?
You could have wax in the ear, which can be removed with wax solvents. Or you could have blocked Eustachian tubes, which could open up by simply chewing for some time. Take some chewing gums. In case you developed fever, u may need antibiotics, so you will need your ears examined by a doctor. If you are old age, you may have nerve degeneration, and hence may need vitamin B12 to make it better.
