What Causes Swelling On The Feet And Tight Sensation In The Calves?
I am experiencing swelling in my feet and tightening in my calves,my doctor recently upped my thyroid medication to 137 mcg s I feel it s too high and causing other symptoms as well as the swelling in my feet, but my doctor does not agree Have you heard of this as a side effect? I am not diabetic.

Hello,
It may be because of hypothyroidism.
You can continue Thyroxine and wait for couple of days.
Generally, it will settle once the thyroid status is controlled.
If swelling persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
An ultrasound scan is required for further assessment.
