What Causes Swelling In Vaginal Lips?

Hi, I had a bath about 5 hours ago While I was In the bath I shaved my vagina and now, my vagina lips are swollen. Inside the vagina lips there are red spots and also it s very red. I have only just noticed this so I haven t got a clue how long it s been there. And it s also a little itchy.. But it s only recently been itchy, so I m starting to think I ve only had it since the bath. But it s really worrying me and it s very scary.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to allergic to the shaving blade you used. If you used any foam it can be due to that also. In such case using corticosteroid creams will be helpful. Using creams which contain corticosteroid like beclamethasone and anti fungal like clotrimazole will be better. Avoid soaps for washing the area and instead use warm water or saline.
