What Causes Swelling In The Vagina Along With Groin Tenderness?
Hi, my daughter is 14. She just told me that she has swelling on her vagina. Upon the exam it s rather hard lump, on the right labia. She says it s uncomfortable while standing. She also feels tenderness at the right groin. Could it be Bartholin gland. Would that be accompanied by groin tenderness?

some time you need to visit the gynae for this
might be you daughter start menusrating and due to unruptured hymen or non exit of blood from vagina there is pain n swelling
yes you r true it may be bartholin gland or cyst related to it
i also suggest you to have a UPT abd USG for abdomen
please have a PV examined thorughly
and till them have some
NSAID
or antispasmotic
