What Causes Swelling In The Breasts And Muscle Pain?

I raised my left arm up the other day and felt like a muscle twisted and popped. Since then by breast is swollen and noticeable larger than the other. Feels like I may have pulled a muscle. Can t lay on my back and can t pick up anything without pain in my side and across the underneath of my breast. Could this b something more than a pulled muscle?
