hi, my ankles are swollen..the left one started swelling up when i started running without proper shoes..i have since stopped running but any activity causes the ankle to swell..recently the right ankle swells up slightly with activity..they go down at nights while i sleep..i feel a soreness on the inside when i walk but no real pain..the doctor has recommended blood tests..bun; electro; protien/alb/glob; creatinine; cbc3; vdrl5...do i need it
