What Causes Swelling In The Ankles While On Prednisone?
On prednisone and pulmo meds following exacerbated asthma hospitalization release 4 days a god. Just noticed my ankles and foot-tops, which were fine in the hospital, are now swollen. I walk every 3-5 hrs for 15 min to exercise the lungs. Should I worry about the ankles. YYYY@YYYY

Does this swelling appears in the morning or at night? Night swelling is usually because of cardiac causes and morning edema are usually because of kidney causes so get investigations like ECG, serum creatinine, serum proteins, serum electrolytes and treadmill test done. Consult physician for blood pressure measurement and interpretation of above reports.
