Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Orchitis/funiculitis/ causing right inguinal area tender swelling. It could be just a reactive inflammation to Gold Markers placed in your prostate or could be due to the subacute infection of the prostate and surrounding tissue/ or could be damage to the vessels causing hematoma with tissue swelling and infection of it.As the antibiotics are given to cover such infection, fever and chills in next 2 weeks time needs to be observed before giving further treatment.
