Hello read through your query and accordingly I must say that the swollen tongue is due to the inflammation of the taste buds which might have caused due to the various medications taken by you for various health issues. It can be reduced by practicing proper oral health procedures ,do tongue scraping, apply nystatin gel on the tongue(to reduce any fungal infection),take lots and lots of water,do salt water gargle regularly, also take lots of green leafy vegetables and also citrus fruits(to reduce deficiency of vit b and c).Besides these stay cool and calm.Stressfree mind and happy attitude is best medicine for any disease.Hope ur benefitted from my reply.Have a healthy day!!!
